The Madrid Slate is a hardwearing polyester fabric that combines practical performance with a stylish, contemporary look. With a generous 150cm width, it offers excellent versatility for a wide range of upholstery and soft furnishing projects — from sofas and dining chairs to headboards, cushions, and curtains. The rich slate tone is a timeless neutral that works beautifully in both modern and traditional interiors.
One of the standout features of this fabric is its built-in water repellent finish, which helps protect against everyday spills and splashes — making it a brilliant choice for family homes, busy workspaces, or commercial settings. The fire retardant (F/R) treatment means it also meets important safety standards, giving trade professionals and retail customers alike complete peace of mind when using it in domestic or contract upholstery applications.
Sold by the metre, you can order exactly the quantity you need for your project. Simply enter the number of metres required and we’ll cut it fresh from the roll.
