Madrid White is a premium 150cm wide flame retardant (F/R) polyester fabric with a built-in water repellent finish, making it an incredibly versatile choice for a wide range of upholstery and soft furnishing projects. Whether you’re reupholstering chairs and sofas, creating fitted seating for hospitality venues, or crafting cushions and decorative pieces, this fabric delivers both practicality and a clean, crisp white finish that works beautifully in any setting.
The flame retardant treatment meets UK fire safety requirements, making Madrid White an excellent option for contract and commercial environments such as hotels, restaurants, care homes, and offices — as well as domestic upholstery projects where safety and quality matter. The water repellent finish adds an extra layer of protection, helping the fabric resist spills and moisture for easier maintenance and longer-lasting good looks.
Made from durable polyester, this fabric is easy to work with and holds up well to everyday use. Its generous 150cm width reduces the need for seams in larger projects, saving time and fabric wastage.
