Our experienced tutor, Leigh-Anne Treadwell, a highly skilled upholsterer, and founder of Bristol Upholstery Collective, will be guiding you step-by-step to project completion.
In a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere, you will have the chance to bring out the best in your furniture, and create an opportunity to feel proud. Whatever your drive to learn upholstery, our upholstery courses are an enjoyable opportunity to really get to know what it’s all about.
This 6 week traditional upholstery course is very much dictated by what you wish to achieve. You’ll benefit from seeing a variety of works being completed alongside your own project, class demonstrations and one-to-one support. The beauty of a weekly class is the available time to complete homework if you wish to really make the most of tuition during the lesson – you can achieve so much more!
All proceeds from our public upholstery courses are used to help fund The Woodworks Project’s charitable activities, so by enrolling on one of our courses you are directly helping vulnerable and disadvantaged people in our community.
For course dates, details and to book online, or to find out more about the work of our charity please visit the website.
