Sold As: 25m
Strand Gimp is a classic upholstery trimming used to neaten and finish raw edges, tack lines, and seams on furniture, headboards, and soft furnishings. Its twisted, corded construction gives it a refined, traditional look that works beautifully on both contemporary and period-style pieces, making it a go-to choice for professional upholsterers and home crafters alike.
This versatile trimming is typically glued or hand-stitched into place, sitting neatly over any exposed fixing points to create a polished, professional finish. Whether you’re restoring a classic armchair, making bespoke cushions, or adding decorative detail to curtain tie-backs and pelmets, Strand Gimp provides a neat and elegant solution.
Supplied as a generous 25m roll, this product offers excellent value for trade professionals working across multiple projects, as well as home enthusiasts who like to keep a reliable stock of essentials to hand. With item code B/STR-04CRD, it’s easy to reorder whenever you need to top up your supplies.
