Applied along seams, edges, and borders, it covers tacks, staples, and raw fabric edges with a neat, professional finish — making it a favourite with upholsterers, interior designers, and dedicated DIYers alike.
With its distinctive woven cord-style construction, Strand Gimp adds a subtle texture and a touch of traditional elegance to any piece. It’s ideal for finishing armchairs, sofas, headboards, pelmets, and cushions, working beautifully with both classic and contemporary styles depending on your chosen colour. Simply apply with gimp pins or fabric adhesive for a clean, polished result.
