Sold As: Per meter (min 3m)
Strand Gimp is a classic decorative trimming with a neat, twisted cord appearance that adds a professional finishing touch to upholstered furniture, cushions, and soft furnishings. Its clean, structured design makes it ideal for concealing staples, tacks, and raw fabric edges, giving your work a polished, high-quality look. Whether you’re a trade upholsterer or a home crafter, Strand Gimp is a reliable go-to for tidy, attractive edging.
This versatile trimming can be applied along seams, borders, and panel edges using adhesive or hand stitching, and it works beautifully on traditional and contemporary pieces alike. Available in a wide range of colours here at Glover Bros, it’s easy to find the perfect match for your fabric and project. Strand Gimp is sold per metre with a minimum order of 3 metres, so you can order just what you need without unnecessary waste.
