Sold As: 33m
Quill Gimp is a classic decorative trimming used to add a neat, polished finish to upholstered furniture, cushions, curtain edges, and soft furnishings. Its distinctive ridged, quill-like texture makes it ideal for concealing tacks, staples, and raw edges, giving your projects a truly professional look. Whether you’re a trade upholsterer or a keen DIY enthusiast, this versatile braid is a go-to choice for adding that finishing touch.
Available in Cord (CRD), this Quill Gimp is supplied on a generous 33-metre roll, making it well suited to larger upholstery projects or trade use where having plenty of trimming to hand is essential. Simply apply with a hot glue gun or fabric adhesive for a quick, secure, and tidy result. Its flexible construction allows it to follow curves and straight edges with ease, ensuring a smooth, even finish every time.
At Glover Bros, we stock a wide range of gimp trimmings to suit every style and project. If you need help choosing the right trimming or want to check compatibility with your fabric, our friendly team is always happy to help.
