Sold As: 19mm
Polyfoam or Polyester Edge Roll is a versatile upholstery essential used to create smooth, rounded edges on chair arms, cushion borders, and seat fronts. Available in a 19mm diameter, it sits neatly along the frame or over webbing to give your project a professional, well-defined finish before the final fabric is applied.
This edge roll is suitable for use with both traditional and modern upholstery techniques, making it a favourite with trade upholsterers and DIY enthusiasts alike. It helps prevent fabric wear at key stress points and adds a subtle fullness to edges that gives finished pieces a polished, high-quality look.
Supplied by the metre or roll, it’s easy to cut to length and can be tacked, stapled, or glued in place depending on your preferred method. Whether you’re restoring a vintage armchair or building a new piece from scratch, this 19mm edge roll is a simple addition that makes a real difference to the finished result.
