Ombra Velvet is a luxurious, high-quality upholstery velvet that brings a touch of elegance and warmth to any project. With its rich texture and beautiful depth of colour, this fabric is a firm favourite for upholstering sofas, armchairs, dining chairs, headboards, and soft furnishings such as cushions and curtains. The Saffron colourway offers a warm, golden-yellow tone that adds a bold yet sophisticated accent to both contemporary and traditional interiors.
This listing is for a 6 metre or more continuous length of Ombra Velvet in Biscuit, making it ideal for larger upholstery projects or trade professionals who need a generous run of fabric without joins. Buying in longer lengths ensures colour consistency across your work and offers excellent value for those tackling sizeable commissions or multiple pieces in the same fabric.
Ombra Velvet is designed with both durability and aesthetics in mind, making it well suited to everyday use in domestic settings as well as professional upholstery applications. Its plush pile gives a premium finish that’s hard to beat, and it’s easy to work with whether you’re a seasoned upholsterer or a confident home sewer. If you need a different length or colourway, browse our full Ombra Velvet range or get in touch with the Glover Bros team — we’re always happy to help.
