These Loop Back Button Moulds are a staple in any upholsterer’s toolkit, designed for creating professional covered buttons with a secure loop attachment on the back. Supplied in a convenient pack of 1 gross (144 pieces), each pack includes both the tops and backs you need to complete your buttons, so everything is ready to go straight out of the box. At No. 30 size (Imperial 3/4 inch), these moulds are one of the most popular sizes used across a wide range of upholstery and soft furnishing projects.
The loop back design makes these button moulds ideal for deep buttoning on sofas, headboards, footstools, dining chairs, and decorative cushions. The loop provides a strong and reliable anchor point for your buttoning twine, helping to ensure a neat, lasting finish that stands up to everyday use. Simply cover the mould top with your chosen fabric, snap the back into place, and your button is ready to use.
Whether you’re a trade upholsterer working through projects at pace or a keen DIY enthusiast tackling a home furnishing makeover, buying by the gross offers excellent value and ensures you always have plenty of button moulds to hand. These moulds are compatible with a standard button covering tool, making the covering process quick and straightforward even for beginners.
