Sold As: 50gm
Gimp pins are a traditional upholstery staple, used to secure gimp, braid, and decorative trims neatly to furniture frames without the need for adhesive alone. Their small, fine profile means they sit almost invisibly beneath the trimming, giving your work a clean, professional finish that stands the test of time. Whether you’re a seasoned upholsterer or tackling a DIY furniture makeover, these little pins are an essential part of the toolkit.
Available in a handy 50g pack, you’ll have plenty to work with across a full project or multiple smaller jobs. Gimp pins are typically hammered in by hand using a tack hammer, and their slim shank makes them easy to drive into a range of timber frames without splitting the wood. They’re ideal for use alongside traditional gimp, decorative braid, cord, and other soft furnishing trims to add that finishing touch to chairs, sofas, headboards, and more.
At Glover Bros, we supply gimp pins to both trade upholsterers and enthusiastic home crafters alike, so you can trust you’re getting a reliable, quality product at a great price. Stock up and keep your workshop ready for any project that comes your way.
