This RX39 upholstery foam sheet measures a generous 2140 x 2030 mm and comes in a 51 mm (2″) thickness, making it an excellent choice for a wide range of upholstery and soft furnishing projects. RX39 is a high-resilience, firm-grade reconstituted foam, well suited to seat cushions, dining chair pads, sofa bases, and headboards where durability and support are key.
Sold as a single sheet, this large-format piece gives you plenty of material to work with — ideal for trade upholsterers tackling bigger jobs or retail customers working on statement furniture pieces. The blue colouring makes it easy to identify the grade at a glance, and the foam can be cut to size with a sharp knife or electric carving knife for a neat, accurate fit.

Deliveries within our van delivery area with a value of over £40 (net) are carried free of charge. Below that level we make a token charge of £7.50 (net). If you miss your van delivery day and you want it sent by carrier, the charge is £14.95 (net).
Deliveries outside our van delivery area with a value of over £160 (net) are sent free of charge using a Next Day service. For orders below that level we charge what the carrier charges us which at present is £14.95 (net) for up to 20 kg in England, Wales and most of Scotland. (For Grampians, Highlands and off-shore islands please ask us to quote). We use first class post for small items and charge for the stamp and the jiffy bag.
