This 25mm thick upholstery foam sheet is cut to a generous 2030 x 1550mm, making it ideal for larger projects such as re-upholstering sofas, chair seats, headboards, and cushion pads. With a 33H density rating, this is a firm-grade foam that offers excellent support and durability — perfect for seating that needs to hold its shape under regular use.

The 33H grade is one of the most popular choices for seat cushions where a supportive, firm feel is required without sacrificing comfort.
Supplied as a single sheet, this foam is easy to cut to your required shape and size using a sharp upholstery knife or electric carving knife. It works well with most upholstery fabrics and can be combined with a layer of Dacron or skin wadding for an even softer, more luxurious finish.
Deliveries within our van delivery area with a value of over £40 (net) are carried free of charge. Below that level we make a token charge of £7.50 (net). If you miss your van delivery day and you want it sent by carrier, the charge is £14.95 (net).
Deliveries outside our van delivery area with a value of over £160 (net) are sent free of charge using a Next Day service. For orders below that level we charge what the carrier charges us which at present is £14.95 (net) for up to 20 kg in England, Wales and most of Scotland. (For Grampians, Highlands and off-shore islands please ask us to quote). We use first class post for small items and charge for the stamp and the jiffy bag.
