The Mirador collection fabric is a stylish and versatile upholstery fabric available in a generous 138cm width, sold by the metre so you can order exactly what you need. Designed to meet NFR (Naturally Fire Retardant) standards, it’s an excellent choice for a wide range of upholstery and soft furnishing projects where fire safety compliance is an important consideration.
Whether you’re a trade professional working on contract furnishings or a home enthusiast refreshing a favourite armchair or sofa, Mirador offers a great combination of practicality and good looks. Its NFR properties make it particularly well suited for use in hospitality, care homes, and other commercial environments where fire regulations must be met without compromising on style.
Simply enter the number of metres you require at checkout and we’ll cut your order fresh from the roll. As with all fabrics in our range, we recommend ordering a little extra to allow for pattern matching, seams, and any adjustments during your project.
Deliveries within our van delivery area with a value of over £40 (net) are carried free of charge. Below that level we make a token charge of £7.50 (net). If you miss your van delivery day and you want it sent by carrier, the charge is £14.95 (net).
Deliveries outside our van delivery area with a value of over £160 (net) are sent free of charge using a Next Day service. For orders below that level we charge what the carrier charges us which at present is £14.95 (net) for up to 20 kg in England, Wales and most of Scotland. (For Grampians, Highlands and off-shore islands please ask us to quote). We use first class post for small items and charge for the stamp and the jiffy bag.
